Established almost a quarter of a century ago, PSL Hire has grown to be the largest independent tool and equipment hire company in the North West of England.

We currently operate tool and equipment hire services from TEN branches in the North West of England. These include Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Bolton, Rochdale, Blackpool, Bury, Leyland, Blackburn and Wigan.
